Please reply with "confirmed" or any revision requests within 48hrs of receiving our message—this helps us align with your needs accurately before starting production.

Once customization details are confirmed, we’ll officially start crafting your pet wool felt portrait. Each portrait is made by an artisan with 6+ years of experience—they hand-paint sparkling eyes, carve natural noses, and sculpt tiny tongues/teeth with premium clay. We mix wool to match your pet’s fur color, layer fibers for lifelike texture, and fulfill your custom needs.

Before shipping your pet wool felt portrait, we’ll conduct a final quality check first, then take clear HD photos and short videos, and send them to you directly. You’ll have 48hrs to review. If you’re unsatisfied , we’ll make revisions right away. We’ll only arrange shipping after getting your "approval".
