If you’re not completely satisfied with your MyEverFur piece, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at myeverfur@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to address any concerns or issues you may have.

However, because every MyEverFur piece is custom‑made, with great time and care invested in creating your unique portrait, we do not accept returns.

If you’d like further modifications, you may ship the piece back to us at your own expense, and we’ll be happy to make the adjustments to ensure it meets your expectations.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Order Change Policy
If you wish to change your order, please email us as soon as possible within 48 hours of placing it. We cannot guarantee changes requested beyond this timeframe.
